How access works
Every person is set by two separate questions. Whose numbers can they see — everyone,
just their own, or only the reps you tick. And what can they open and do — the
checklist. Picking a role only fills those in as a starting point; you can change any
single box afterwards.
Managing users is deliberately not one of the checkboxes — it stays with Supervisor, so no
combination of ticks can lock you out of this page.
